Ashley loves helping people reach fitness goals that go above and beyond anything they ever imagined–all while being their number one cheerleader!
While in law school, Ashley realized she needed an outlet for exercise and a freedom from the “law”…. So she became an aerobics instructor. As life went on and the “real world” took over, running became Ashley’s passion. She got a grown-up job, married, had babies and ran through it all–including logging marathons in Tampa, Chicago and twice in Boston! It was through running that Ashley got to know Laura Cascaddan and in time, became a certified Spinning Instructor and Group Fitness Instructor at SWEAT!
As SWEAT grew, so did Ashley’s passion for leading others down the road to a lifetime of health and fitness.
“Sweating and smiling are two of my favorite things–and they are super contagious–SWEAT allows me to share both at the same time all while helping find the BEST version of YOU!”
These days, you can catch Ashley’s high energy personality crushing classes and training daily at SWEAT!

Alex registered to the Army School of Officers and had the opportunity as an officer in charge for the physical preparation of over 100 soldiers per year of the Brazilian army. In this phase he was introduced to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to combine rigorous techniques of military training and martial arts, which lead to the point in his life where he found his passion and dedication to create a unique style of training.
